General Counsel Kelly Welsh and Deputy General Counsel Justin Antonipillai welcomed lawyers from the Economic Development Administration’s six regional offices to Washington. EDA’s Regional Counsels were in DC for an EDA Chief Counsel Conference. The Regional Counsels discussed their roles fostering regional economic development with General Counsel Welsh and Deputy General Counsel Antonipillai. The EDA Regional Counsels also led a brown bag session for staff in the Office of General Counsel to learn more about the work of EDA across the country.
