The Ethics Law and Programs Office provides advice on three broad categories of gifts:  non-travel gifts to the Department, travel gifts to the Department, and personal gifts to Department employees.  Please refer to the materials below for additional information and contact an Ethics Attorney with specific questions.  If you have received an invitation to an event, or if a non-Federal source has offered to pay for your travel, please refer to the Forms page for the appropriate gift form.
